At Replay Golf, we pride ourselves on transparency, aiming to make buying second-hand feel almost like buying new! We want you to love your purchase, but please remember that all our clubs have a history. We promise that the photos and descriptions provided are honest and accurate representations of the club's current condition, including any wear and tear. When purchasing pre-owned equipment, there is always an inherent risk, and the club may not be perfectly pristine. We do not accept returns simply due to change of mind. However, we understand that things happen! If you feel the club you received was significantly misrepresented, you may reach out to our support team within 10 days of the original purchase date to open a case. We will review all requests personally, and any refund or exchange will be handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
