The Callaway Epic Flash Sub Zero fairway wood (2019) was a Golf Digest Hot List Gold Medal winner, pairing Callaway’s Flash Face Technology — designed with the help of artificial intelligence — with a forged Carpenter 455 steel Face Cup for fast ball speed on centre and off-centre strikes. Jailbreak Technology uses two internal bars to stiffen the crown and sole, placing more impact load on the face, while the lighter OptiFit hosel offers loft and lie adjustability. Unique to the Sub Zero model, interchangeable 16g and 2g sole weights let you choose a lower, more penetrating flight or easier launch. Fitted with a lightweight REAX 45g ladies flex shaft, this 18° 5 wood is a premium fairway option for lady golfers.
